Our sales are subject to the unrestricted acceptance of the present general conditions for sales.
1 – Online Store Orders
Orders made through the website imply your acceptance.
From the moment in which the client registers an order, he is considered to be aware of the amount and models chosen, with no reservation of prices.
If the order is not totally or partially fulfilled due to stock unavailability, then it will remain pending until we are able to send it. Credit lines are available if necessary. We have many possible credit line systems, with or without a deposit, and up to 60 months. 6 – Online Store Shipping Costs
The prices of products do not include shipping costs. These costs are calculated in real time once you have finalized your order on the site and in accordance with the location for delivery. This amount is added to your order.
7 – Online Store Order Packaging
The items are duly prepared for transportation without packaging costs.
8 – Reception of Orders from Online Store
It is of the client’s responsibility to check orders once they arrive, and any justifiable complaints must be made at this time.
If the delivered products are not in suitable condition or are of the wrong amount contrary to that which is indicated in the specifications of the delivery note, the client must make the complaint within 8 (eight) days of it being delivered.
9 – Retention of Title Online Store
The Seller has the complete right to keep the sold products until full payment has been made.
10 – Online Store Ready to Play
An inspection is made to all instruments prior to delivery so as to ensure the client that the instrument being purchased is in perfect usage conditions. A complete check of the technical aspects, leveling, adjustments, tuning for pianos, etc. is done with technical competence and skill in our workshop by specialized technicians.
11 – Online Store Guarantee
The musical instruments sold by SALÃO MUSICAL DE LISBOA have a two-year (2) warranty against manufacturing defects, except pianos, which have a five-year (5) warranty.
All products modified or repaired by the Buyer or by anyone not authorized by the seller are excluded from this warranty.
Any product returned within the warranty must be part of a previously agreed upon agreement with the seller. For this, the buyer must contact the after-sales service and send his request via email. If the product is seen to be faulty, the seller will inform the buyer of the product return number. The faulty product must be returned in its original packaging along with the product return number provided by the seller. Once returned, it will be checked by the technical services to evaluate the presented defects, and then an email will be sent to the buyer with the conclusion.
12 – Attribution of jurisdiction to Online Store
In order to legally settle any conflict which may arise from the present contract, the parties award the competence to the Lisbon courts of law, forsaking all others.
13 – Computers and Freedom of Online Store
Under the computer Law, the Client has the right to access and rectify the data given to and kept by the Seller.
