Description

Compact, highly portable and with a huge sound, acoustic or amplified, the Yamaha APXT2 is a complete guitar with ¾ the size.

The Yamaha APXT2 is a guitar designed for musicians who like to travel always accompanied by their instruments. Smaller in size, it is one of the smallest guitars designed for traveling that you will find on the market, but also one of the most versatile and with the best quality.

Yamaha may have saved on the size but did not skimp on the care in building this guitar. Based on the APX500III, one of the most popular models of semi-acoustic guitars of the Japanese brand, the Yamaha APXT2 has a thinner body, with a spruce top and a meranti bottom and sides, a mahogany-like wood that ensures structural integrity and good definition and sound support.

One feature that makes the Yamaha APXT2 so appealing is the mahogany neck with dimensions similar to those of a full size guitar, something unusual in travel guitars and which facilitates the quick adaptation of the most demanding guitarists. The scale is made of rosewood, with 21 frets, easily accessible in its entirety through the cutaway cutout.

This makes the APXT2 one of the smallest and most comfortable travel guitars you will find. But the Yamaha APXT2's potential does not end in its compact and highly practical format.

For such a small instrument it has a very present and pleasant sound projected by the oval mouth typical of Yamaha instruments, enhanced by its pre-amplification system.

The Yamaha APXT2 is an electroacoustic guitar, incorporating a Yamaha System 68 piezo and preamplifier, which adds another dimension to the sound personality of this guitar. The preamp has simple volume and tone controls, and includes a tuner.

With a shiny final finish, the Yamaha APXT2 is very attractive and comfortable to play, which makes you want to take it everywhere, for leisure or musical trips, to play alone or together, without affecting the technique or sound of the guitarists.

Yamaha is one of the largest manufacturers of musical instruments on the planet and one of the most recognized brands by musicians and the industry for its high quality products.

The Yamaha APXT2 demonstrates the quality and history of the brand in the manufacture of instruments made with the needs of musicians in mind. A true itinerant ambassador for the quality of the Japanese brand.
