About the author:

António Manuel Nunes da Cunha de Moraes, lawyer, graduated from the Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa, post-graduated in Sports Law (Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa), with the Doctorate courses of Private, Social and Economic Law (Universidad Autonoma de Madrid).
Created the "Amália Rodrigues" Awards and was an adviser in the Foundation of the same name
Author of more than a dozen of Titles. Writes poetry since 1967.
