Gator Cases was founded in 2000 by Jerry Freed and Crystal (father and daughter) in Tampa, Florida. They initially launched a small offering of Summer NAMM molded plastic guitar cases in Nashville, Tennessee. From there, they expanded the product line to include case and bag solutions for professional audio, IT, audiovisual, general utility, band and percussion instruments. The range now consists of over 1,000 different solutions made from vacuum-formed plastics, rotationally molded plastics, wood, stitched and EVA materials.
