These Aquila 4CH strings for Venezuelan cuatro faithfully reproduce the brilliant sound that was achieved with the original gut strings. They guarantee excellent tuning stability, being at the same time durable, economical and without being too sensitive to atmospheric variations.

Important note: before placing the strings, check that the nut grooves are not excessively deep, that they are perfectly smooth and have no sharp or sharp edges or angles. Nylgut strings are sensitive to cuts.
To quickly obtain perfect tuning stability, it is advisable, when tightening, to pull each string parallel to the soundboard around the mouth of the cuatro. Stop pulling when you notice the string stops stretching.
