The recorder is a wind instrument, widely used as a solo instrument, which gained popularity in the Middle Ages, particularly in Central Europe. The name “recorder” comes from the cut of its fixed reed, but it is also known as a recorder, thanks to its characteristic timbre.

Nowadays Moeck flutes are made using high precision machines, but always with intervention by artisans in the manufacturing process, who maintain the quality standards and reliability of each instrument.
